Sam Phung is VP of Sales and Marketing for ICOP Technology, a Taiwan based International Corporation involved with Processor Design, System-On-Chip design, Embedded-SBC/System design and manufacturing, and multi-media products development.

Sam is involved with many embedded devices and is an expert on Windows CE. Sam is also active with Microsoft and Imagine Cup.
